Important: Alpha Lab is an educational paper trading simulator. All trading uses virtual currency. No real money is at risk.

1. Acceptance

By using Alpha Lab, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users 13–17 need parental consent.

3. Service

We provide simulated stock trading, educational content, games, social features, and classroom tools.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: This is for education only. Nothing here is investment advice. Consult a financial advisor for real investments.

4. Your Account

Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

5. Rules

No harassment, hate speech, bullying, profanity, objectionable content, impersonation, or hacking. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account termination.

6. Virtual Currency

Has no real value. Cannot be exchanged for real money. May be reset at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

Alpha Lab™ and all content belong to MDG Labs.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for any investment decisions or damages from use.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime in Settings.
